How do we deliver orders within Germany?
Depending on article and shipping address, the delivery will be executed via DPD or a forwarding agent. Deliveries sent to P.O. Boxes or poste restante are not possible. Delivery via Parcel Service:
The delivery will usually be done within 2-4 workdays after receipt of your payment. In order to ensure a smooth procedure, we need a shipping address, where you, or a person in charge, will be present during the daytime.

Delivery via Forwarding Agent:
The delivery will usually be done within 2-4 workdays after receipt of your payment, if the goods are in stock. Normally, the forwarding agent will contact you via phone one day before the delivery, so as to fix a precise delivery date.

Delivery time:
Generally, all the ordered articles can be delivered promptly. It is possible, however, that supply shortages may occur, in which case you need to reckon with some delivery delay.

Contractual Partner/Sales Contract:
In case of orders via the RoFlexs Online Shop, by fax or phone, RoFlexs GmbH & Co. KG acts as the contractual partner of the purchaser. The sales contract is legally binding, if the “confirmation of order” has been sent via a permanent data medium (by E-mail), by fax or by mail, or by tacit agreement with the delivery of the goods.
